  • The architectural design of each home must be reviewed and approved to comply with the project’s image of “Gentle Waterfront Living.” Each home will include cedar shake roof shingles, front porches, and lap siding or historic brick to maintain architectural continuity throughout the community.
  • The developer will provide greenscaping and landscaping between houses and front streetscaping.
